Party & Wedding Planner

I was wondering if someone could tell me where they got all there info. On how to get started in planning and starting the business. There are no Planners in my area and i would love to start this but how? Someoen with a website or guide that has info please let me know. I greatly appreciate any help anyone one of you can give.
