The wedding depo.com..they have wind chimes (small one, but very nice)...and other stuff too...i`m thinkin about doing that for my favors also..if u have better luck, please get back to me thank you!!!

It looks like wedding depot but its the wedding department abbreviated.
They have chimes and ornaments, all hand made in USA and good prices too. They even include free gift boxes.
