Wedding Sites

I am in Chicago. I need to find a place to wed. The date is Sept. 23, 2003, yes, on a Tuesday. I was wondering if any1 had suggestions. I was thinking beach, but might be too cold for that. I did want to have it outside, but I think that`s out of the question. I don`t have much money to spend. Any ideas?
