Never Worn Ice Blue Dress Sz 4

I have a satin Champagne Formals ice blue spaghetti strap dress, size 4, for sale. It has a scoop neck. I have never worn the dress, never altered it, never even tried it on! It was ordered for my friend`s wedding, but they called it off 4 months before. It is a gorgeous dress for prom, homecoming, christmas parties, bridesmaids, etc. I am asking $95, which is less than what I paid for it. I have photos if you`d like to see.
