Japanese Gardens In Los Angeles

Want to make a party for my daughter. We are looking for a japanese/ chinese theme. Looking for a place that would go with the theme in Los Angeles. Japanese gardens that allow parties etc.Would prefer to stay away from restaraunts. Any ideas???
