Native American Wedding Ceremony

I am an English woman, living in the UK and I am engaged to a wonderful man who is half Lakota Sioux.
I have the greatest respect for his heritage and I would love to have a traditional Native American wedding ceremony because I know that it would mean so much to him. Do you think it would be possible as I am English and we have both been married before? I am also wondering if we would be able to do this in the UK or whether we would have to travel to the US?
