Looking For A Song Charlene Sang

I have been searching for 5 years now for a song that was on the other side of a 45rpm with Never Been To me. The song had the lyrics Daddy Don`t Go. I thought that was the title. If anyone can help me find this I would greatly appreciate it. This song reminds me of my own Father who was recently diagnosed with stomache cancer and it would mean so much for me to find this song.Thank You All!
