Depro Vera Withdrawal Symptoms

Hi everyone...my friend was on Depro for 3 years, from age 43-46, to stop her frequent hemmorrhages (sp?). Her doctor recently told her she was in early menopause and to stop the Depro. She`s been off of it for 2 months and is experiencing a huge amount of symptoms, many due to menopause, but others could be from the Depro withdrawal. While on Depro, her sex drive diminished, and she gained 30 lbs. Her symptoms now included rapid weight loss, nausea, loss of appetite, terrible insomnia, numbness in arms upon waking, bruising in hands and feet, anxiety attacks, pain in her ribs and neck, trouble breathing, heartburn or a feeling of hot flashes on the inside of her chest, and the list goes on and on. I would love to hear from other women who got off Depro and the withdrawal symptoms they experienced and how long they lasted. Your help is greatly appreciated.
