Tampa Wedding - Beautiful Staircase Ceremony

Once I saw the movie "The Titanic" I just knew I would love to be married on a beautiful staircase. The only place I can think of is a mansion. However I would like an intimate wedding, so the place does not need to be too large or pricey. The perfect wedding would be somewhere we could be married on the landing of the staircase with our guests in the foyer area, close by. And then we could have the reception in a different room at the same location. I have not been able to locate a location like this yet, so I would truly appreciate any and all recommendations and/or ideas
