Looking For A Hall

I live in Philadelphia with a wedding planned for May 27, 2006.... I am looking for an elegant hall for about 150 pp with everything included except for food. I have a relative who will do all the cooking for me as a wedding gift.... Or if your hall comes with a spanish cook that cooks the traditional puerto rican meal, I would also be interested. I am looking to pay no more than $4,000.00 if possible.....
