HOB Experience

I am newly married and also used the House of Brides wedsite. I will agree that the customer service in the beginning wasn`t what one would expect. However after thoroughly explaing that it is I who is spendig money and expect to recived quality service, the not so pleasant women that i was dealing with, changed her tune...............HOB prices are fabulous and for the most part you get exactly what they advertise. I purchased a Flower girl dress by the line of `Bonny` from HOB and was completely satisfied. The dress i orderd was being sold in the local bridal shop for $219 and I paid $99 from HOB.

My only advise would be to shop with them in advance.......like at least 6 - 8 months in advance.

Customer service is what you make it!!!!!!!!
