Junior Bride Maid Dress

My daughter & I had a situtation at david`s bridal we purchased the dress and went back for alterations. They returned the dress not atlered by all pinned in streight pins. The day of the wedding when we noticed it I called about 2o mins before the wedding and their response was "take it off of her and bring it back so they could send it to be altered. My response to that was "what about the wedding she was in" they said what do I what them to do? I said at this point there is nothing to do. I went to the store on sunday the day after the wedding. I store manager again ask me what i wanted I said my alteration $ back she said 10 days but it gets better. 10 days later i called then the manager of the day said 6 weeks at the soonest. What a joke they are. Bottom line I will never see the $. But worse than that my 11 year old was in the wedding in a dress paid for alternation all night sitting on pins because of the people that pretty much didnt even care . This is not over yet.
