David`s Bridal

I am getting married in June 2006, Me and my mom went to the David`s Bridal in Knoxville, TN. They were so nice. My consultant Jenny was awesome. We didn`t even have an appt. And they took care of me anyway(although were`nt that busy) We ended up trying a bunch of dresses and veils the whole deal, Jenny was so helpful and fun to be around. She made the whole expirience wonderful. Now a few weeks ago I went to the DB in Memphis (Southaven, MS right on the stateline)w/ my MOH to show her the dresses I had narrowed it down to. Let me tell ya it was the exact opposite there. 10 min before anyone said hi, then when they pulled up my info (Jenny conviently put in system for me) handed it to me and my consultant proceeded to tell me to go ahead and pull the dresses out myself while she helped another group. So after digging through the racks 20 min later found dresses, she finally stopped back by to tell me that I probably need size 8 . Last store tried on 8`s to big so I got 6`s if that wasn`t rude enough she said I think I put you in 21 I don`t know I`ll meet you over there in a min. We both looked at each other and rolled our eyes. So I tried on the dresses my MOH was the one helping me in and out. (Jenny did it all making me feel comfortable the whole time) The lady would walk by every so often and say "Oh yes, thats the one ." So anyway after I was done and stuff she said i`ll be right back in a min . So I waited not wanting to be rude(ironic huh?) She has the nerve to come back with sales order and asked which one I was gonna get today. I told her up front was not purchasing today just wanted to show MOH. So again had to tell her, and she was like okay. I said thanks and she goes well we have to wait on you wether its your first time coming in or just re-trying on. I never wanted to laugh so hard in my life. She even gave me her card. All I gotta say is if you live in Knoxville area go to that store and ask for JENNY! I can say she will help you no matter how long it takes even if you tell her your not buying that day. (WE did) Although when I do go to buy it will be from her since they do work off a commsion . If anyone is considering going to DB in Southaven BEWARE
