Donations Instead Of Wedding Favors
My mom passed away in October of 2000 and for wedding favors I want to make a donation to the American Diabetes Assn. I need help with the wording for the place cards that I would like to have at each table setting.

My fiance`s cousin did something similar. Her mother passed away from cancer. She donated the money to a cancer foundation. Her cards read something like this:
In the memory of our lost loved ones, a donation has been made to (whatever the organization may be). She had it written beautifully on a rose-bordered card and placed these cards at each setting.
