Event Planner Fee

I am doing an anniversary party for a couple, and the theme is a "Hollywood Premiere" They are wanting this party to be Hollywood Style, and I know that I can produce that look, however, I am not sure how much I should charge them to do it, I want to make sure that I am paid for my time. Any suggestions or comments.
