Sweet !6

Hi im having a sweet 16 party on December 11th and i dont know what i want to do. I would like to have a formal party but i dont know what do do except that. I have a limited budget as money is tight. I also would like to rent a limo. Do you have any suggestions where i could go with my guests and what we could do.
