Law Suits

Does anyone know if a lawsuit has been filed against the makers of depovera? I was on the shot for 2 years and have been off for 3 now. I didn`t gain any weight while on it, but afterwards the weight came on immediately after I stopped. I did have mood swings and I still do...never had them before. I had the stomach pains and I do now and I also think that it has prevented me from getting pregnant.

I won`t know for sure, but I`m making an appointment to find out. It is hard to deal with because back then, I didn`t want children and now I`m engaged and wish to start a family. I just started to research today and after finding there are so many other people going through what I went through and still am, it is bringing tears to my eyes.
