40th B-Day Party

Hello, I`m planning a 40th b-day party, I have approx. 40 guests. 12 of them are out of town guests. They will most likely fly into Midway Airport. I need to find a nice place that will accomodate the over nighters as well as host the party there. Thinking of Downtown area. Any suggestions on places.
