Has anyone ever ordered from the the Bargain Bride to have a copy of a designer dress made? Please let me know.

I`ve never heard of the Bargin Bride, can they really make copies of designer dresses? I saw a Carolina Herrera dress that I`d love to have made. [since I can`t afford the real dress.] How do I find them?
