Evening Formal Garden Wedding Ideas Needed

I have been married for 15 years now with 3 children but never had a wedding and my husband has always mentioned that he would like one so we came to an agreement of celebrating it on our wedding date whenever it landed on a Saturday which happens to be this upcoming April 22, 2006, however, we would like to renew our vows with an official wedding and garden reception but it has to be in the evening because the church ceremony begins at 7:00 pm. I own a party rental company and have all the equipment needed for an outside event. The key here is that I can`t find a location that I can place my tents and stay until really late, and also do not know how to make it look elegant...
