REHERSAL DINNER

I WANT TO HAVE THE REHERSAL DINNER AT MY HOME IN OUR BACK YARD. IT WILL BE IN S FLA IN MARCH SO THE WEATHER SHOULD BE WONDERUL. I AM THINKING OF HAVING IT CATERED WITH FOOD STATIONS, A BARTENDER. ANY IDEA HOW MUCH TO BUDGET? SHOULD I GET THE TABLES AND CHAIRS, OR WILL THE CATERER DO THAT? WOULD $1000 DO A NICE JOB?
