I have fallen in love with Monque Lhuillier`s Whipped Cream wedding gown. It is exquisite! Unfortunately it is 4,000 in the store. I`m hoping to spend around 1,000- need the dress for an August wedding. Please let me know if you know of any options. Thank you so much!
