Unfortunately my experence with the woman was very very poor.

After filling out the on-line order form I was concerned because no where does it specifically ask for the garment style. Yes it asks for Coat style but I am just a regular person that is not exactly sure if coat style and Garment style (the term that GARY`s Tux Shops USE) mean the same thing. Also in the area where you order the tie and vest it just asks for color (no Style location). I went ahead and put all my information in the fields uncertain that they would be understood or ordered.

I was very uneasy that all my information was understood so I called. She was sick that week so I then E-mailed my concern. A week went by and I received a Email from Sandy that gave me absolutely no indication or confirmation on suit/garment style or vest style was understood but only to call the day we arrive to arrange a fitting appointment. So I called. I spent 15 minutes on the phone and she couldn`t find my order but told me that I was being ridiculus (the exact term she used) about being so concerned and that If I couldn`t trust her then I should take my business elsewhere. She then said she would call back the next morning after she looked on her desk.

I did receive a phone message indicating that all my information was received and understood. She then flipped another vile fling in my direction and said I was ridiculous again and that she was now concerned and I would have to call her back because she was uneasy about ordering this. She must have read my e-mail after this phone message because I recieved the following E-mail back from her ::

Aloha Teresa!

I hope you got my message I left on your phone! You did give me a style. If
You are that nervous and you do not want to order it from me just let me
Know. This whole thing is getting rediculous.

Nevertheless this was the last insult I am willing to put up from a person that is supposed to be helpful so I told her to cancel my order. I am under the impression she has absolutely no professional skills and I am truely flabergasted and insulted. She is rude and insensitive and I plan to post this everywhere and anywhere I can. Mahalo indead. Does she know what that means?
