Christian Sweet 16 Birthday Party

I am trying to plan a christian sweet 16 birthday party for my daughter. I already know that it will be at a church fellowship hall with a christian band. But I`m not sure what I should do about a theme or activities. Please help. The party will be on November 6th and it`s going to be a surprise!

You didn`t say where you were located. A caricature artist would be fun and each guest would have something to take home.
