ELS & COLOR KINETICS TEAM UP ON LED SEMINAR
Sun Valley, CA - Entertainment Lighting Services – On Thursday, October 27 th , 2005 ELS & Color Kinetics will be presenting a seminar on the “Advanced Applications of LEDs and The Future of White LEDs”. The Seminar will be held from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the ELS Facility located at 11440 Sheldon Street in Sun Valley, California with Guest Speaker Kevin Dowling PhD., VP of Strategic Technologies for Color Kinetics.

Mr. Dowling is responsible for identifying and developing emerging applications and markets for Color Kinetics technologies. Mr. Dowling joined Color Kinetics in April of 1999 as Director of Engineering, leading a team through the design and development of many of Color Kinetics` most innovative and successful lighting and control products.

LEDs are one of the industries hottest topics. They continue to spur new innovative solutions giving us new opportunities in design application. Cutting-edge, technology driven lighting environments are now more then ever being specified for retail environments, theme parks, theaters, television sets, nightclubs, and casinos. The first fixture of choice when asked for the latest technology is LED.

ELS sees this event as a great opportunity for lighting designers, event producers, and architects to get a closer view of emerging technologies with a foremost expert in the field of LED Development. The future of lighting continues to evolve and to play our necessary part ELS hopes to develop a series of events and seminars that helps our colleagues on their path to advanced lighting applications.

The Seminar is Free, but limited seating is available.

Also, Free food & drinks will be provided prior to the presentation and Color Kinetics will have product demonstration areas setup for those that would like the opportunity to play with the LED products first hand.

Following the presentation Kevin Dowling will be available for brief Q&A Session and ELS Sales and Rental Associates will also be on hand if you have any questions on rentals or purchase of LEDs.
