Helppp!

My birthday is in april but i wanna have a big sweet 16 but my mom doesnt want to spend alot of money..so is there any ideas on where i should have it thats cheap? and i was thinking about me wearing a puffy white dress and having everyone wear black but idk wut my theme would be please help me outt!

Hey. Um where are you lookin to have party at? me and my friend helped plan my best friends 16 for her. We did it really cheap. What city are u having it in maybe i can help.
