Sweet 16 On A Serious Budget!!!

I basiclly have to plan my own 16th birthday party by myself and I need some serious help. Personally, sweet 16 is a HUGE deal. My parents don`t see it that way so it`s my job to plan and everything. I am all out of ideas that my parents would be okay with. I like sports and I love photography. I was trying to incorperate* both into my `theme` but everything I think of, comes out really childish.
