What Do I Tip?

I am having a back yard wedding that I have hired caterers. What do I tip the caterers? do I tip the DJ? Photographer? I have also hired a woman who will make the wedding cake and will stay and cut the cake too....do I tip her?

And if I tip all these people how much do I tip each one???

You could always make up a really nice gift basket as a thank you for their personal service! If you are unsure of whether or not to tip, you can always fall back on a well thought out basket or gift.
