Authenticity Of Maggie Sottero Dresses?
I really like Maggie Sottero`s "Capri" dress. I`ve called several bridal shops and have gotten quotes of $650 to $950 for this dress. Maybe I`m paranoid, but someone told me to make sure that the dress is authentic. How can I be sure that I`m buying a Maggie Sottero dress? Can I trust that the one that cost $650 is authentic. Is it wise to simply take the shop`s word for it because it`s an authorized Maggie Sottero dealer? Please advise... ~ "Cautious" Bride

I bought the Maggie Sottero Capri for my wedding and my seller told me that unless you get a certificate of authenticity it is a fake. Maggie`s should not vary in price as they are set and sellers are not permitted to lower them. I bought mine for about $738. Also, if you go on Maggiesottero.com there is a link to authorized retailers. Hope this helps!
