Unprofessional Assistant Manager

David`s Bridal Paramus NJ. Last night my friend and I went into David`s Bridal for her fitting. We went upstairs to return an item - Blush. As we approached the counter we found the assistant manager - RITA stuffing her face with pizza. Behind the counter was another sales person who informed us that we could not return the blush because all sales were final. However, if we wanted another veil or tiara we could get a credit- but we didn`t need of those items. Instead we wanted to get a little white pursue. At this time, RITA who was still stuffing her face with pizza began talking to us in a very deeming and snooty way. We walked away and continued browsing. As we went to the register down stairs, there was RITA again along with the several sales associated and the store manager. The chaos began again. In the end, the store manager wanted to give us a 15% discount because of the misunderstanding. We were so upset we didn’t want to purchase anything else from them.
