Still Bleeding From Depo 5 Mos Now
I received the injection in May 2005. Due for second injection in Aug. 2005. I was too skeptical to go in for the second shot. Now, it is Oct. 2005 and the bleeding was light to moderate and sometimes heavy for all this time, and now I am experiencing large clots and continuous bleeding for this past week. Today`s date is Oct. 2, 05. I really don`t feel so great today. What should I do, I have not gone to the doctor yet since my first injection, hoping that waiting several months may eventually help, but now this clotting and heavy bleeding. I am tired of bleeding every day. All my underwear are bloodstained as I have become tired of the expense of going through too many tampons and pads...It gets expesive after a while. I seriously think upjohn corp. Should compensate all of us for this mess. I am really beginning to worry about my uterus at this point. What have they done to me and all the other women out there. I am really angry now after reading the other stories as well as my own dilemma.

I was once on the depo and it was giving me the same kind of problems like many other womans. The depo doesn`t affect everyone in the same way. I have a niece who has been on it for more than 6 years. She hasn`t had any problems. Not only does the depo affect people, but other types of birthcontrol does too. Everyone`s body is different and you need to try out different birthcontrol until one accepts your body. You need to contact your doctor as soon as possible. He will tell you what to do next.
