SALES COORDINATOR WANTED
Assists in all aspects of full service catering/event sales office in Miramar. Supports sales managers and operations as needed. In absence of manager, assistant speaks with customers and handles requests with a trace to the manager for a follow-up call. Creation and distribution of proposals, contracts, invoices and related documents. Maintains sales office files keeping accurate records. Attends weekly event meetings. Very Strong computer, phone, and organizational skills req. WP, ACT!, Peachtree, Outlook Express a Plus Previous office support experience req., previous catering exp. A plus.
