Need A Scenic Site In Northern CA For A Small Wedding

We might have to abandon the whole wedding plan we`d worked on for 9 months, due to travel warning in the area. It was supposed to be in Bali, and there was bombing there yesterday.

In addition to lost deposits, etc, there comes the pressure to find a new venue. I am almost ready to just elope. We live in the bay area, Northern CA. Could you please recommend a scenic site (mountain, lake, waterfall) not to far from where we live, that can do a wedding for a group of 40, without requiring us to rent the whole rooms in a resort or something? A country club that takes 40 would be great. Hopefully reasonable site rental, and a nice backdrop. We prefer outdoor wedding. Thanks.
