Planning My Sister`s Quinceanera

Like the title states, I am planning my sister`s quinceanera. Since I did not have my quinceanera (I chose not to) I am clueless on where to start. I do know i have to find a rental hall first. I also know that it could take more than 6 months if you want everything to come out okay. So if anybody has any ideas for me i would gladly appreciated. Btw i live in houston, tx. Thanx!
