OMgggg...my sweet sixteen is in less then 2months (december) and im freaaakiinng out.,..i have noo clue what i want or where i want it to be held...i live in NYC..so i do have a lot of options...if anyone knows and awesome party planner let me know plleaassseee....my budget is around 2,000-3,000..i want this night to be the best night of my life.. There is about 100-120 people being invited...i kinda wanna do the whole candle thing...if anyyyone (please!) knows anything or anyways to help me, please do!!
