Unique Wedding Theme
My brother in law and his fiance are having their wedding ceremony and reception in the bowling alley he works for. They hope to wear formal attire if it fits their budget. Any ideas for any aspect of this event would be greatly appreciated preferably with in the bowling theme. The couple is very excited about the location and the theme. Thanks in advance for all of your help.

I just wanted to see if this goes to the top of the messages when a reply is posted or if it just stays in its original position.

Unfortunately, this couple has an extremely low budget for this wedding. Expenses such as event planning, dj services, or even photography just aren`t a possibility. I`m playing the role of wedding consultant. I`m no pro, but I do have some ideas. That`s why I`m asking for help here. In case I haven`t mentioned it, there will be approximately 30 guests. I do appreciate all previous replies and look forward to the future ones. Thanks.
P.S. I don`t expect replies from companies that normally get paid to supply couples with ideas for their special day. I realize that that is your livelihood and I wouldn`t ask you to provide free service of any kind.

Bowling alley wedding sounds fun! Is the groom the owner or a worker? See if he can arrange for a few of the arcade games in the bowling alley to be free for guests, or provide each guests with a certin number or quarters/tokens so they can play. Have a grooms cake decorated like a bowling ball, or do individual cupcakes decoated like bowling balls. Hve a brides maids vs gromsmen bowl off. To brighten up the space use lots of white... Balloons, tool, streamers, tabelcloths. Have fun with it, and keep it casual (the bridal party could be formal for the ceremony and then change clothes to have fun at the reception.) Have the bride and grom make a list of favorite songs and burn them on a CD that you an play over the soud system in leiu of a DJ. Dress up pins as brides and grooms and use them as centerpeices. Mainly have fun, use the theme to the nth degree!

Thanks for the ideas Suzanne. He is an employee, but if the budget allows we can come up with quarters.
