Planning A 40th Birthday Party For My Husband

Hi, my husband`s birthday is in January and I am desperately thinking of ways to celebrate. My husband enjoys fishing and playing poker and I would like to do something at my house. I really want to put some thought into this because I`ll be 40 as well in June and I want him to do something for me. I would like to plan something so totally different so that it would be a very memorable birthday. Got any ideas?
