Red Barn Dinner

I am looking for the recipes and instructions for a Red Barn Dinner. It is a dinner where the guests choose their courses off of a menu shaped like a barn ( on red construction paper). The courses are given
"secret" names like Pigs in a Poke. You never know what you`ll be eating, but you must eat it all to go on to the next course. It`s a lot of fun, but I can`t find the instructions anywhere!
