Hey! I`m getting married in late april too, and those are MY colors!!! I actually decided those colors after seeing a reception design in the Martha Stewart Magazine that`s out right now.. I got great idea for making a garland to put on the cake table, using just flower shaped paper punches.... But you know Martha Stewart.. It doesn`t look cheap.. You should pick that magazine up..
I`m going to put 2 pink and 2 lime green votive candles in clear votive cups on each table. I`m also going to buy the bright colored fresh spring bouquets (like you can get at Walmart for less than $4 a bouquet) and break them apart to put a few flowers in a vase on each table.. Much cheaper than going to a florist.. Plus since the wedding`s in spring, i can get away with using daisies, etc.
As much as I hate David`s Bridal, they have my colors perfectly in their "mix and match" bridesmaids collection. I may get dresses there.. But Raylia Designs (ellaparkbridal.com) have some dresses that you can pick the color and different colored trim in tons of colors.. And they`re super cheap!! i`ve called them for fabric samples.. And their customer service is soooo nice and helpful... You should check out their website. .I`m considering their dresses too.

Well we were thinking about doing sweet peas or rose petals in a bowl with floating candles for the centerpieces and my bouquet is going to have sweet pease scabiosas and roses in it. Because it`s hard sometimes to match pinks and greens completely rather than having to specific colors we are matching hues...lighter pinks or lighter greens but all within the same hue of each other that way I can have more a variety and my brides maids can fin a color that matched and looks good on them too. The guys are wearing green ties and the girls will obviously have pink on and then on the table cloths we are putting down a white table cloth and then alternating with pink and green on top of that whicvh should make everything pretty easy plus for the cake we are just buying a bunch of sheet cakes from costco and having like a 3 tier wedding cake for us which will save so much money. Any other great ideas would be helpful.

We just decided on a May wedding. I am doing Pink and Green as well. I am doing strapless pink dresses that fall just below the knees with a green center ribbon peice. The flower girl in a while dress will have the green ribbon around her waist as well but in a bow in the back. We`re doing White and Pink boquets tied up with green ribbon. I am simply using green as an accent color.
To tie it into our reception we`re doing pink/gree rocks in vases with fish (for our center peices). We`re also having bride and groom drings. Grooms `Strawberry Daquri` and Brides `Apple Martini`.
