Melody Rowe - Lawsuit

Does anyone have any information on a lawsuit regarding Melody Rowe (she had many aliases)? Most commonly known for wedding dress scams as Heavenly Creations, Elegant Creations, etc? Last I heard there was someone we could contact that was prosecuting her finally.
