BRIDESMAIDS DRESS

My daughter bought her dress and her bridesmaids dresses from Davids bridal. One dress had to be ordered but they did have one in stock and both girls could wear the same size. We ordered the other one and they kept telling us that it was in the back and they would contact us when it was ready to pick up, they never called. The week before the wedding I had to go in and ask for the dress. They said everything was fine and it was ready. What they didn`t tell us was that the zipper was messed up. The dresses had been taken to the church and assuming all was fine the one bridesmaid tried to get into her dress to find that the zipper was defective. I called Davids bridal in huntsville alabama and talked to Cecelia, she was very rude and wanted us to bring the dress back , it was less than one hour before the wedding. She ask me what I wanted her to do about it. It wasn`t her problem. The photograher saved the day, she had to literally sew her into the dress. I would never recommend Davids bridal to anyone. For the money we spent we deserved to be treated better than that. I had a very upset Bride and Bridesmaid. That day was suppose to be my daughters happiest day and davids bridal almost ruined it. The bridesmaid decided to keep the dress as a sentimental rememberance of her best friends wedding. It was a very upsetting day for all of us.
