Is It Safe To But From Anyone?????

Well, it looks like I`m back to shopping for a new dress. I am one of the many that got ripped off by Stephanie at thebeautifulbrideokc.com. Now I need a Melissa Sweet Hallie dress, and my bridesmaids dresses again.
Has anybody purchased a duplicate online, and had a good experience? Please Help!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a Maggie Sottero wedding gown, as well as Bill Levkoff bridesmaid dresses from Diana`s Bridal World in Texas. They sell their dresses at discount prices. A lot cheaper than the stores. I got everything in time and saved a lot of money!!
