SWEET 16 DILEMA

Hi im having my bday the start of october and im totally clueless of what to do! i thought about like a spooky hayride but theres really not much of that in fl. Money is sort of an issue too... I need a place and a theme for my SWEET 16!! please help if u can! thx

I am in the same position and money is a big deal for me. I am having a black and white formal party with a betty boop theme at the hilton hotel. All my vip`s are arriving in a limo and there is going to be a red carpet. This might sound expensive, but each thing is carefully chosen be price and came out to be less than 2000 dollars, if u r looking for something less than that try to have it at a teen club the skating rink or a big house.
