Outdoor Wedding Questions

I am planning on getting married about a year from now. My fiance and I can get married at his house. We would like to have an evening outdoor wedding. I am concerned about what to do with those people who are drinking at the reception. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do with these people or alternate reception possibilities?
