DEPO SHOT

I HAVE BEEN ON THE DEPO FOR 4 YEARS AND DECIDED TO NO LONFER GET IT. I HAVE NOW RECIEVED MY PERIOD AND IT IS VERT HEAVEY AND ITS SCARES ME BECAUSE OF HOW MUCH BLOOD I AM LOOSING. MY LAST WORDS TO EVERYONE IS NOT TO GO THE DEPO BECASUE IT IS NOT GOOD AS IT SOUNDS.
