Snowflake Wedding Cake

I want a very simple cake that I have imaged in my mind but cant seem to find anywhere. I want a light blue cake (this is my color) of butter cream icing with no icing detail. On this smooth canvas I want sprinkled sugar crystals that appear as glistening fallen snow/snowflakes. If anyone has seen these sugar crystal snowflakes please let me know. Im looking for a picture that I can send my baker. Thanks!!
