I agree, I orderd small frames, I was charged, no frames, and you can`t talk to anyone, several e-mails and voice messages nothing,

My wife and I ordered a product with expedite processing/shipping. Their website and voicemail mentions that someone will respond with 24hrs. Not a single response and already a week has gone by. I pulled up this company on the Better Business Bureau website and there is a rating of an F (the lowest rating possible). 22 unanswered complaints from the BBB. Definitely a fraudulent company! This is a lessoned learned to research unknown companies before making a purchase.
