Wedding Invitation Etiquette

Wedding invitations were sent out to Mr. And Mrs. So and So and we received the reply card back and
We see that the party wrote 4 instead of 2 people are coming to the wedding intending to bring their children when the invitation was just for Mr. And Mrs. Only and not family. Should I call them and tell them that children were not invited?
