Help!!!

Help us! We are having a small wedding on a TIGHT budget in November 2002. We live in PA,so the weather will be cold. We are looking to have a rather large reception. Does anyone have any CHEAP ideas on where to have it, and what we can do??? You can reach me @ krazyj20@hotmail.com
