Honeymoon Etiquette

My fiance` and I are thinking we want to have a honeymoon registry instead of getting gifts for our home since when we moved in together we have just about everything we need. We would really like to go to Fiji for our honeymoon but can`t afford it on our own. I`d like to hear what people have to say about a honeymoon registry. Is this something you all would contribute to? It`s the same thing as a bridal registry just for the honeymoon.
